At Ornamento, we take as much pride in how your flowers arrive as we do in designing them. This Delivery & Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines how we handle the delivery of orders placed through our website https://ornamento.com ("the Site") and any services arranged directly with our team. 1) Delivery & Shipping
At Ornamento, every arrangement is handled with the same intention it was designed with — from our studio to your door.
2) Delivery Area
We deliver throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, San Mateo County, the Peninsula, Marin County, and the South Bay. Not sure if we reach you? Reach out at hello@ornamento.com or 415.844.9342 and we'll let you know.
3) Delivery Method
Depending on the order, we deliver via our own team or through trusted third-party carriers — always packaged with care to protect the integrity of your arrangement from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it arrives. For event installations and bespoke commissions, our team handles all logistics directly.
4) Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time qualify for next-day delivery. For same-day or expedited requests, call us directly at 415.844.9342 — we'll do our best to make it work.
Event and corporate orders are scheduled in coordination with our team and confirmed at the time of booking.
5) Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and delivery method, and are confirmed at checkout or at the time of inquiry. For events and bespoke projects, all delivery and installation costs are detailed in your proposal.
6) Your Delivery Details
Accurate delivery information is essential. Ornamento cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect details provided at the time of ordering. Please review our full Terms & Conditions for more information on delivery obligations.
7) Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. However, we will issue a replacement in the following cases:

The wrong item was delivered

The flowers arrived in substandard condition

The order was not delivered
To request a replacement, contact us at hello@ornamento.com within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. Replacement credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you believe your order did not meet our quality standards, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for review. Approved claims will result in a replacement.
